On Friday, May 14, 11 young men were inducted into the first class of the Gentlemen’s Society of Chapin High School. The purpose of this organization is to increase the number of male students that commit to exhibit positive character traits and leadership.
Each member participated in two community service projects and signed a Promise Contract with the school which outlines a personal, professional and academic goal. Successful completion of the induction requirements earns them a Gentlemen’s Society Blazer.
The inductees:
Tyrek Mayers, Dylon Steele, Darius Bates, Dean Suber, Denzel Sims, Jacob Corley, Desmon Davis, Michael Mulcahy, Dominque Steward, DJ Flannery, & William Reed.
